     Sour Cream Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening (butter flavored crisco)
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 bag chocolate chips (optional)
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients completely.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough for dropping. Add chocolate chips in desired.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
