     Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup heavy cream
 
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup dark karo syrup

Instructions
MIX all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until blended.
Pour into unbaled pie crust for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
NOTE: Test pie for doneness after 50 minutes of baking. Pie filling should be moist in center. Remember that pie will continue to cook while cooling. It is best served at room temperature. Smoe cracking may occur. Pie should be kept refrigerated after the first serving.
