     Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
40 mushrooms
1 pound lump blue crabmeat
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
6 thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded Monteray Jack Cheese
1 cup unsalted butter
 

Instructions
Clean mushrooms. Remove stems. Dry on towel. Add crab, bread crumbs, onions, parsley, salt pepper and cheese. Melt 3/4 cup butter - pour over mixture. Toss and combine. Melt 1/4 cup butter and spread in shallow baking pan. Fill each mushrooms. Bake 350 until browned - appox 10-15 minutes.
