     Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
4 Tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 
1/2 cup sour cream
1 stick oleo
2 tablespoons cocoa
3-4 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 2/3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
In large mixing bowl combine flour and sugar. in a one quart sacepan, bring to boil two sticks margarine, one cup water, and 4 T. cocoa.
Add- 2 beaten eggs, 1 t. baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour into greased cookie sheet. It will be thin. Bake 20-25 minutes. Using same saucepan as above, bring to boil- 1 stick oleo, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 3-4 T. milk. Remove from heat - add 1/4 t. vanilla. Place 2 2/3 cup powder sugar in small mixing bowl, pour in cocoa mixture and cream. Spread on cake while icing is still slightly warm.
