In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda and set aside.
Boil margarine, water and cocoa and pour over flour
mixture. Mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla,
mix well. Add nuts. Put in 11x17 greased pan. 350 for 15 minutes.
Fudge icing-
1c sugar
1/4c margarine
1/4-1/2c butter milk
Bring to boil- 3 minutes. Add 1c chocolate chips, stir until melted
thick and smooth. Spread over bars.
