     Crispy Waffles

Ingredients
Whisk together-
2c flour
2T sugar
1T baking powder
1tsp salt
Mix together-
1 1/2c milk
1/3c oil
 
3 egg yolks
Instructions
Mix with fork and whisk in dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Add 1/3c batter into iron.
