     Stuffed Baked Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 plum tomoates, halved lenghtwise
3 oz. Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (1/2 C.)
1/4 C. roughly chopped fresh basil leaves
2 T. freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minces
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Scoop out insides of tomatoes with melon baller and roughly chop pulp. Combine with cheeses, garlic and salt and pepper.
Place tomatoes, cut side up, on baking sheet. Spoon in mixture and bake until cheese melts and is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
