In 13x9 pan heat margarine in oven until melted.
Remove pan, stir in cheese and seasoning. Add
cereal, pretzels and peanuts, stirring until well
coated. Bake 325 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally during baking,
cool. Store in air tight container.
