1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to
package directions.
2. While pasta cooks, mix together the egg yolks, cream,
parmesan, parsley, thyme, pepper and nutmeg in a medium sized
bowl.
3. In a large skillet, fry chopped bacon and garlic until crisp, 7-8
minutes. Add the chicken, stir and cool slightly over medium heat.
4. Add pasta directly to the bacon and chicken. Toss together the
cream sauce, pasta, bacon and chicken over medium heat until
sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately and top with additional cheese.
