Brown beef in a 12 inch nonstick skillet sprayed
with cooking spray. In a large nonstick 3 quart
saucepan, bring beef, soup mix, water, garlic and
mushrooms to a full boil. Break pasta into 2 inch
pieces, stir into boiling mixture. Cook uncovered
4 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat,
stir in sour cream. Let sit 2 minutes before
serving. Sprinkle with fresh chives.
