To Prepare Crust:
Preheat oven to 350*. In a medium bowl, combine crumbs, pecans, sugar and butter. Press into the bottom and sides of a9" springform pan. Set aside.
To Prepare Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Pour into prepared crust. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour.
To Prepare Topping:
Remove cake from oven. Preheat oven to 475*. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour on top of cheesecake. bake for 10 minutes. Let cool. Cover, then refrigerate.
