Preheat oven to 350*. Coat 13x9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Lay marshmallows evenly in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter over marshmallows. Spoon cherry filling evenly over cake batter.
Bake in preheated oven 45-50 minutes until top of cake is bubbly and sticky. Let cool in pan, then cut in squares.
