     Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
 
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, oatmeal, and cinnamon together. Pour 1/2 mixture into pan. Add rhubarb. Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until thick. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
