Drain and reserve marinade. Heat olive oil, ass onions, basil,
oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and artichoke marinade. Saute for
approximately 10 minutes until onions soft. Add tomato and
simmer for 30 minutes. Add artichokes, parsely (and parmesean
cheese I don't add here) and cook for 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
