Heat oven to 350 degrees. Using a mixer, beat
pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg then add sugar and
eggs.
By hand, blend in milks. Place pans with crusts on
pulled out oven rack, fill to tippy top and sprinkle
with cinnamon to cover surface. Carefully push rack
into oven and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. HINT be
sure when a knife is inserted it comes out clean.
Cool to almost room temp, then chill.
