1-1/4 Cup flour
|

3/4 Cup Corn Meal
|

1/4 Cup Sugar

2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp of salt

1 cup of milk

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

1 egg

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Grease an 8 or 9 inch pan.
|

|
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine egg,
milk, and oil in a separate bowl.
|
|
|
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix just till
moistened.
|
|
|
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 20-25minutes or
until light golden brown and wooden pick inserted in
center comes out clean.
