     Banana Split Cake

Ingredients
9 graham crackers, crushed (about 1 1/2 cps.)
1 cp sugar, divided
1/3 cp. butter, melted
2 pkg. (8oz. each) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, in juice, drained. (optional)
6 bananas, divided
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) vanilla flavored instant pudding
2 cps. cold milk
2 cps. thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
 
1 square (1 oz.) bittersweet chocolate, shaved into curls

Instructions
Mix crumbs, 1/4 cp sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. freeze 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer until well blended. Spread carefully over crust; top with pineapple (optional). Slice 4 bananas; arrange over pineapple if you added pineapple. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup whipped topping; spread over bananas just before serving; arrange over dessert. Top with chocolate curls.
