Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Clean mushrooms, take out stems carefully. Chop up stems into small pieces.
Chop spinach and ham and add to cream cheese, add next five ingredients and chopped mushroom stems. Fill each mushroom, mounding slightly; place in casserole dish. Make sure mushrooms are packed tightly together. Top with remaining parmesan cheese and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, then broil until brown.
