     Pineapple Dessert

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 stick real butter
 
Filling-
1/4 cup & 2 tbsp sugar
1 (8oz) can pineapple, drained
1 egg
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
For dessert- mix dry ingredients For filling- Cook over stove until thick. Bake at 250 for 20 minutes
Use 1/2 oat mixture on bottom of 8x8 glass pan- spread filling and top with other 1/2 oats
