     Beef Burgundy in Crock Pot

Ingredients
flour - all purpose 1/3 cup
salt - 1 teaspoon
beef stew meat - cubed 2 lbs
baby carrots - fresh 1 1/2 cups halved crosswise
pearl onions - 1 1/2 cup peeled
mushrooms - 8 oz fresh sliced
bay leaf - 1
garlic - 1 clove minced
beef consomme - 1 can (10 1/2oz)
 
water - 1 cup
burgundy wine - 1/2 cup
oregano - fresh if desired

Instructions
in large bowl combine flour, salt, pepper and beef. mix well and then put into crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Low cook for 10 to 12 hours or until carrots and beef are tender. Garnish with orgegano.
