Cut sides, top and bottom off the pound cake - all the brown parts. Slice about and inch thick and cut each slice into three. As well as you can spread raspberry jam on all sides of each piece.
Line the bowl with the pound cake and pike it up in the middle. You might not need all the cake.
Add Bristol Cream - about a cup or less - it needs to be soggy.
Add a box of raspberries. Do not wash
Add a box of blueberries
Add a double recipe of custard
Slice a kiwi and place around the glass so that the circles show
At the last minute add the Cool Whip and decorate with six large strawberries and a box of blueberries. Do not wash strawberries. You could put a circle of slivered almonds between the strawberries and the blueberries. Sprinkle with powered sugar shaker.
