     Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups cooked potatoes cut up
4 large hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
 
1/8 tsp paprika
1/3 cup celery (optional)

Instructions
Peel and cut up 3-4 potatoes. (Enough to equal 3 1/2cups cooked.) Parboil.
Place 4 eggs in cold water to cover. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes. Drain immediately and fill pan with cold water to cool off the eggs. Peel and cut into chunks.
Mix together cooked potatoes, eggs, chopped onion, salt, pepper and celery if desired.
Mix well Miracle Whip, Mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, and paprika. Gently fold the Miracle Whip mixture into the potato mixture. Refrigerate till thouroughly chilled.
