     Kale Chips

Ingredients
Kale
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Grated parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Chop up a large bunch of kale into bite sized pieces. Discard thick stems. Place in cookie sheet and add two or three tablespoons of Olive Oil on top. (more if necessary) Mix with your hands to make sure the kale is covered with the oil. Sprinkle salt and grated parmesan cheese on top.
Place in 325 degree oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes or until just a little brown is starting to form on the kale at the edges.
