Butter the bottom and sides of a 8 or 9 inch spring-form pan. Melt chocolate, butter in a double boiler or cast iron pot over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Take off the burner to cool a little.
Add almond to eggs and stir well into chocolate mixture. Put in 350 degree oven for approx. 20-25 minutes or until top forms cracks. As it cools it will shrink. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cool. Enjoy!
