     Yorkshire pudding

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Salt
 

Instructions
Sit eggs and milk in bowl until roast is done. It should be at room temperature.
When roast is ready, add 1 cup flour and some salt. Mix with electric beaters.
Butter muffin pan. 450° for 20 mins. Don’t open oven door or they will fall.
