Preheat your oven to 350*. Preheat your skillet over low heat and add your olive oil. Enough to coat the pan thourghly. Whisk the eggs and milk and dredge your chicken into the egg mixture. Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumbs and place in the skillet to lightly brown. When browned, place on a paper towel.
