     Great Grandma Johnston's Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 package lime jello
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
BOIL 7 minutes
12 large marshmellows or 1 3/4 cup minature marshmellows
MELT and cool
1 cup cottage cheese1 small can pineapple
1 cup cream whipped or 2 cups cool whip
 
Instructions
Boil lime jello, juice, water and salt for 7 minutes. Add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Let cool. Add cottage cheese, pineapple and whipped cream
