     Freezy Peanut Butter & Cream Cheese Squares

Ingredients
1/2 C. reduced fat creamy peanut butter
4 oz. fat free cream cheese
1/4 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. light vanilla soymilk
1 C. Cool whip Free (thawed)
2 sheets (8 crackers) chocolate graham crackers, crushed
2 T. light chocolate syrup
Fat free Reddi-wip topping (optional)
 

Instructions
In large bowl, combine peanut butter with cream cheese. With electric mixer beat on Medium until smooth and uniform.
Reduce speed to low, continue to beat while gradually adding powdered sugar, then soymilk. Beat until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip until uniform. Pour mixture into 8x8 baking pan.
Top with crushed graham crackers and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 3-1/2 hours.
