     Southwest Corn Dip

Ingredients
3/4 c sour cream
1/4 c mayo
blue corn chips
11 oz mexi-corn, drained
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
2-3 t Southwest Seasoning Blend
 

Instructions
Mix sour cream and mayo to blend. Add corn, cheese and seasoning and blend. Refrigerate an hour before serving. Serve with blue corn chips. Makes 1 1/2-2 cups dip.
