     Spaghetti Pizza

1/4 (2 lb.) pckg. creammete thin spaghetti, uncooked
1/2 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1/2 lb. bulk italian sausage or lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (15 oz) can pizza sauce
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

cook creamette thin spaghetti as package directs; drain. preheat oven to 350'. in a bowl, beat together milk and egg; add spaghetti and toss to coat, spread evenly on greases 14 in pizza pan or on bottom of 13X9 in baking pan. in a skillet, over medium heat ,browm sausage; pouw off fat. add green pepper, onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender. add pizza sauce and italian seasoning; simmer 10 minutes. spoon evenly over spaghetti. top with mushrooms then cheese. bake 20 minutes. let stand 5 minutes before serving. refrigerate leftovers.
