Sweet and Spicy Salsa (can be orderd in the wish list)
3 med avocados, peel, pit and chop
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
bite size tortilla chips
Instructions
Place teh foil cups onto serving platter. Layer about 1 T each beans, salsa, avocado and cheese into each cup. Top each with about 1 T sour cream and about 1 t cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
I made this for Thanksgiving with a huge group of family, there was none left! I have also tried this at a bazaar, putting them into the little containers with lids, and it was a huge hit.
