Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large blow,
combine turkey with 2/3c salsa, black beans and
scallions. Spread out some salsa in bottom of
baking dish. Place 1/2c turkey mixture and a bit
of cheese on flour tortilla, roll up and place in
baking dish and repeat. Top with salsa and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes or
until bubbly.
