Combine bread mix, pop and chips, just until moistened. Mix sugar and food color together. Spread batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 minutes or until it pulls away from the sides. Remove from pan to cool. Slice.
