Combine mix, soda and butter. Do not overmix. Batter will be lumpy. Mix in rhubarb and sugar. SPread in greased 9x5 loaf pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees or until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool before slicing.
