     Chocolate Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
6 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. melted butter
 
1/2 cup nuts, if desired1 cup brown sugar
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups hot water

Instructions
Mix in bowl the flour, cocoa, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Then add the milk, vanilla, melted butter, and nuts. Once those ingredients are all addded together pour into an ungreased 9 X 13 inch baking pan.
Next, mix the brown sugar, cocoa, granulated sugar, and hot water. Once mixed pour over the batter in the pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This cake is delicious with rich sauce on bottom and no frosting is needed.
