Pineapple Coconut Bread

Ingredients

	Hearty Beer Bread
	12 oz cream soda
	8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
	1 c flaked coconut
	3 T melted butter


Instructions


Combine all but butter. Spread in greased 9x5 loaf pan and drizle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees 50-55 minutes. Cool completely.
