With a pastry blender mix first 4 ingredients and press into a
greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Combine eggs, flour, sugar, lemon juice and rind. Beat thoroughly.
Spread over warm pastry. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares to serve.
