     Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
 
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla and pumpkin. Mix together dry ingredients and add in previous mix. Add chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet.
bake at 375 for 10-12 min. Pure Convection 350
