     Curry Shrimp

Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
paprika to taste
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 cups shrimp, devined and tail off
2/3 cups rice, uncooked
 

Instructions
Blend margarine, flour, seasoning. Stir in milk. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add ketchup, lemon juice and shrimp. Heat through. Service on cooked rice.
