     Sangria Splash ring

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None
Preptime   30 minutes

Ingredients
2 pkgs(85gm) Jello-lemon jelly powder
1 1/2 cups boiling dry white wine
2 cups chilled club soda
1 Tsp orange liquer
3 cups fruit

Instructions
Dissolve jelly powder in boiling wine in a medium bowl Let cool. Stir in club soda and liquer. Chill until jelly is slightly thickened. Fold in 3 cups fruit. Pour into 6 cup mould or loaf pan
Chill overnight or 4 hours. Unmould . Garnish with additional fruit but be careful not to use kiwi or papaya or other fruits that don't let the jelly set-been there done that
This is an easy and very attractive dish to take for a potluck, or to have at a summer party. Its worth buying a pretty mould pan just to show this off. The wine flavour is quite refreshing and a bit tart, so great for dessert time with so many other sweets. Bit ironic a wine recipe from me, but I do try to be a good ambassador for the local produce.
