Mix macaroni, hot water, margarine, onion powder, salt and
pepper int 2 quart glass casserole dish. Cover. Microwave on
high for 3 minutes. Remove with potholders, stir with wooden
spoon.
Return to microwave. Cook on Medium power for 6 minutes.
STir in milk, cheese, and flour. Cover and microwave on high
power. Stir every two minutes.
