Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup soft butter
11/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
3 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs
pie shell
 
Instructions
melt and cool chocolate
bake pie shell
beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy, blend in vanilla, cream of tartar, and chocolate, beat in eggs until fluffy about 3 minutes
pour into shell refrigerate until set
