     Pasta Sauce - our favorite

Ingredients
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. sea salt (or any high quality salt)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 - 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
zest of 1 lemon or lemon juice
 
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a cold sauce pan. Heat and keep at gentle simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Over noodles
