     Salsa Meatballs

Ingredients
6 T dry bread crumbs
2 1/2 lb beef (or pork, or veal)
1/4 c milk
2 eggs
1 t garlic
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 c shredded cheddar
2 Toil
Sweet and Spicy Salsa (2 jars)
 

Instructions
Mix beef, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, garilc, green onions and 2 T cheese. Shape into 30 meatballs. Fry in oil in skillet. Pour off fat. Stir salsa in skillet and bring to boil. Cover and cook the meatballs 10 minutes or until cooked. Add remaining cheese to melt. Sprinkle with more green onion if desired. Serve with toothpicks.
