Beat eggs well, then add sugar and oil. Mix well.
Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon
together and add to the egg mixture, along with
the pumpkin. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35
minutes. Cool cake completely before frosting.
Mix the butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered
sugar to desired frosting consistency. Frost cake
and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
