     Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
 
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
mix first 3 ingredients. then add 4-11th ingredients. grease & flour 2 large or 3 small loaf pans. bake 1 hour at 350.
