Unroll and pat dough into 9x13 greased pan. Layer half of the crushed chips on top of the dough. Brown hamburger. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce to hamburger.
Layer the meat mixture on top of the chips. Spread the sour cream over the meat layer. Layer the cheese over the sour cream. Top with the rest of the chips.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
