     Shrimp Spaghetti-Tetrazzini

Ingredients
1 Stick Margarine
1 Bunch Scallions (Thinly Sliced)
1/2 Cup Cold Water
4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Cup Clam Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
2 Tablespoons Corn Oil
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
 
1/2 Pound Mushrooms (Thinly Sliced)
1/2 Pound Spaghetti
2 Pounds Cooked Medium Shrimp
Salt to taste

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees Melt half the margarine in a heavy pan Add scallions and water Cook until water has boiled away and scallions are soft Stir in cornstarch and a little cold water Stir for 1 Minute then add- -Chicken Broth -Clam Juice -Oregano Stir constantly until it begins to boil Remove from heat and set pan aside
Heat remaining margarine in the oil over high heat Add garlic and mushrooms Toss and shake until Mushrooms have browned (5 Min) Cook Spaghetti according to package instructions Mix all ingredients in large shallow casserole Bake about 15 minutes or until nicely browned
