Ingredients
6 Pounds Chopped Tomatoes
1/3 Cup Tomato Puree
6 Large Chopped Carrots
2 Large Chopped Red Onions
4 Large Cloves Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Minced Parsley
4 Teaspoons Italian Herbed Seasoning
Grated Rind of 1 Lemon
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
 
1/4 Cup Butter
6 Ribs Celery
2 Pounds Lasagna Noodes
1 Pound Mozzarella Cheese
1 Pound Crumbed Italian Sausage
8 oz Fresh Grated Parmesan
1 Pound Ricotta
Real Butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Combine tomatoes, puree, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, parsley, seasoning and lemon rind. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours Puree in blender then add olive oil and butter Cook lasagna noodles Line 2 well greased 9x13 baking dishes with 2 alternating layers each of noodles, mozzarella, sausage, egg, Parmesan, ricotta and tomato sauce. Dot each with butter and bake for 30 min
