2 eggs

1 1/2 cup of buttermilk

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
|

Pinch of salt
|

1/4 of sweetened condensed milk
|
|
1 stick of butter
|
|
1 teaspoon of baking powder
|

Instructions |

|
Premelt butter and set to side. Mix persimmon pulp, eggs, and
sugar.

Mix buttermilk, soda, and vanilla and add to above mix.
|
|
|
Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Add to above
mixture. Add sweetened condensed milk and add butter.
|
|
|
Put mix into 13x9 pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
